Sasan Habibinejad, head of the PR office of Gachsaran Oil & Gas Production Co. (GOGPC), said: “GOGPC currently possesses 654 wells, 10 production units and three desalting units,” reported the ISNA.
He added: “There are 18 oil fields in Gachsaran region. Also, there are 11 gas pressure booster stations, three gas and liquid gas complexes (NGL) and five chemical laboratories currently active under this company. Besides, there is a 6,247 km long (4-42”) pipeline in Gachsaran oil rich region.”
“This company is one of the subsidiaries of National Iranian South Oil Co. (NISOC) that produces 740,000 bpd of oil on average,” continued Habibinejad.
The oilfields operated under GOGPC are Gachsaran, Bibi Hakimeh, Rag-e-Sefid, Pazanan, Golkhari, Binak, Chelingar, Nargesi, Kilver Karim, Soulabdar, Karangan, Mansour Abad, Siah Makan, Khaviz, Roudak, Zagheh, Chahar Bisheh and Kouh-e-Kaki.
