National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) plans to overhaul its organizational structure as it expects its workload to at least double over the next two to three years.
CEO Ramin Hatami said the reforms aim to align the company’s structure with expanding operations, new investment requirements, diversified project financing, and increased private-sector participation.
The review will focus on centralizing investment management, clarifying responsibilities, improving coordination and decision-making, and updating organizational processes to meet operational and technological needs.
According to Hatami, officials from the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and the Oil Ministry are prioritizing the review, with further assessments and approval procedures planned for the company’s finance, IT and communications, and investment and business management departments.
