Iran’s Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad emphasized the continuation of energy cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan during a meeting with the Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev on Tuesday, as reported by the News Agency of Iran Oil Ministry.
Paknejad stressed the importance of expanding energy cooperation between the two countries, adding that joint working groups would be established to examine and follow up on strategic and technical collaboration.
Shahin Mustafayev, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, highlighted that this was the second meeting with Iran’s oil minister in the past three months.
