Iran Tehran Oil Refining Company (TORC) announced buying the 51.32% block of shares of Iran Shazand Petrochemical Co. (over 4.1 Bln shares) at the price of Rial 58,660 per share from the ‘Investment Company of National Development Group’, reported the Bourse News.
