In a meeting held here in Tehran yesterday, May 28, Iran and Oman oil and energy ministers signed a cooperation document in the energy sector.
The cooperation document was inked by Iran’s Oil Minister Javad Owji and Omani Minister of Energy and Minerals Salim bin Nasser al-Aufi on the first day of the official visit of Oman's Sultan Haitham bin Tariq al-Said visit to Tehran.
The meeting also dealt with the agreements being negotiated and the projects related to the development of the Hengam-Bakha field and the export of gas to the Sultanate of Oman.
