The ‘5th Iranian Petroleum and Energy Congress & Exhibition’ (IPEC 2019) - hosted by Iranian Petroleum and Energy Club, will be opened today by the oil minister, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh. This 2-day event will be held on 8th to 9th of October, at the IRIB International Conference Center, Tehran, Iran.
