A new appointment at Iran NPC
Iran oil minister Bijan Namdar Zangeneh appointed Esmaeil Ghanbari as the chair of the board at National Petrochemical Co. (NPC) for three years, reported the news agency of National Iranian Oil Co. (NIOC).
Overhauls of Iran South Pars 4 production platforms end
The overhauls of four production platforms of South Pars phases 4, 5, 10 and 16 have ended, reported the PR office of Pars Oil & Gas Co. (POGC). All the platforms of the above- said phases have got on stream with a capacity to produce 28 mcm/d of gas each. Based on the plan of the Directorate of Production and Operation of POGC, the overhaul of the platforms shall end by fall 2019.
