Optimum technique submitted to boost Iran Soroosh oilfield output

In a research plan called ‘Studies over gas injection into Iran offshore Soroush Oilfield to boost production’, various laboratory production boosting methods, which presented for this oil reservoir, have been evaluated. The optimum technique was presented by the researchers of Faculty of New Sciences and Technologies of University of Tehran, reported the ISNA.

 India told Iran on Tuesday that a decision on importing oil will be taken after the Lok Sabha elections conclude, keeping in mind the “commercial considerations, energy security and economic interests,” sources said. This was conveyed by External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to visiting Iranian Foreign MinisterMohammad Javad Zarif at their meeting in the National Capital on Tuesday. 

Iran CBI chief calls for immediate implementation of INSTEX: IRNA

Central Bank of Iran (CBI) chief on Tuesday urged the European countries to implement the Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges (INSTEX) during the deadline. While the special mechanism for trade exchanges between Iran and Europe has been established in both Iran and Europe, no justification is accepted now for not implementing the INSTEX, Governor of the CBI Abdolnaser Hemmati said. He made the remarks in a meeting with the Austrian Ambassador to Iran Stefan Scholz.
