Brazil keen to do urea and petrochemical barter deals with Iran

In a meeting with Alirza Peyman Pak, the Head of Iran Trade Promotion Organization (TPO), the Brazilian ambassador to Iran Laudemar Gonçalves de Aguiar Neto, expressed the desire of the Brazilian government to develop relations and readiness to import urea and petrochemical products from Iran in exchange for the export of corn and Brazilian livestock inputs, reported the PR Office of TPO.

Due to Western sanctions against Iran, this country is looking for different financial methods such as oil and petrochemical barter deals.
