New general manager of budget, resources and plan evaluation of oil ministry appointed

Mohammad Mehdi Rahmati, deputy Iranian oil minister for planning, appointed Yaser Mirzaiee as general manager of budget, resources and plan evaluation, reported the news agency of Iran oil ministry. 

Taiwan's Iranian crude oil imports falls 40% in 2018: Platts

Taiwan's Iranian crude oil imports would be capped at 5.99 million barrels in 2018, down 40% from the 9.95 million barrels in 2017 due to the snapback of US sanctions on Iran. Taiwan received 1.99 million barrels, or 66,381 b/d of Iranian crude oil in September -- its third cargo so far this year, data released by the Bureau of Energy under the Ministry of Economic Affairs late Thursday showed.
