A: Yes. You can use
the quick links at the left or right
side or use the Site Map section if
the top navigator is not loaded or
working properly.
Q: Are your
services free?
A: Iran Oil Gas
Network is strictly a membership
based website. Jobs and Links are
free though.
Q: How can
I become a member of Iran Oil Gas
Network?
A: Fill in the
subscription form, read the
instructions for payment and bank
transfer details carefully. Send in
the filled form. Our costumers'
services will contact you to help
you to complete the subscription
process.
Q: Which
subscription rate (membership fee)
applies to me/my company, Local or
Foreign?
A: Local companies
registered in Iran may pay the fee
in Iranian currency “Rials”.
Foreign companies and branch/rep
office of foreign companies should
pay in Euro or its equivalent in
Iranian “Rials”.
Q: I am a
member now, how can I use your
services?
A: Once your
subscription process is successfully
completed, you would receive an
Email, containing your ‘username’
and ‘password’. Use them to login to
the website to use our services.
Usual Members’ Problems:
Q: I login
and I have my welcome box at the
right side, but still the website
doesn't let me access the
information, it keeps showing me:
"The page you requested is
restricted to Iran Oil Gas Network
members only." What should I do?
A: This happens when
the page is stored in your PC
memory, and your internet browser
reads the information from your
cache memory instead of Iran Oil Gas
Network server. You should delete
your cache by deleting your
"Temporary Internet Files" using the
Tools menu of your Internet Explorer
then Internet Options and finally
click the "Delete Files" button, and
check the "Delete all offline
contents" and click OK. After that,
start using the service again. Do
not refresh the page. Select it from
the navigator.
The 2nd and simpler way is to press
CTRL and F5 buttons on your keyboard
together once to delete the website
cache on your memory, and then
select the service again by using
the navigator.
*note: It is much better and more
secure to contact your system
administrator before making any
changes to your settings.
Q: I have
lost my password. How can I retrieve
it?
A: Simply click the
"Forgot your password?" and then
submit the form with your username.
Your password will be mailed back to
your given Email.
Q: I logged
in successfully but after a while,
the system indicated that I am not
logged in! Why?
A: This is because
your session (starts when you login)
has not been used for more than 20
minutes. You should login again.
Q: When I
logged in, the system alerted me
"Another user is logged-in on your
personal account." What do I do?
A: Access to Iran Oil
Gas Network is restricted to a
single user at a time.
Q:I logged in
but there is no "Members Area"
panel, and it kept asking me for the
username and password while there is
no error message showing wrong
password. What should I do?
A: Your browser is not
supporting Cookies. Usually the
reason is your security setting. If
you are using Internet Explorer, go
to Tools menu and then Internet
Option, go through the Security tab,
then click on the Trusted Sites
icon, then click on the Sites button
and add the
"http://www.iranoilgas.com/*" to the
list. Now refresh the page, and try
using the website again. There
should not be any further problem.
